One of the most frustrating complaints about building a new home is when you receive a quote from a builder without most of the inclusions that you would expect from a complete home. At Complete Custom Homes, we will provide you with a house and land package price with turnkey inclusions.
What is a turnkey home?A turnkey home has everything that you want or need included with nothing more to spend and ready to move in. These are Inclusions that other builders call extras. Other items that you may not think about are external items like a letterbox, clothesline, landscaping & blinds. Front and rear concrete paving and driveway. These are all necessary to finish off the external part of your home and are often left off the ‘standard’ builder inclusion list.
Internal inclusions are just as important as external inclusions to make your new home ‘turnkey’ such as internal blinds, dishwasher, toilet & towel rail holders and extensive floor coverings. The benefits of building a turnkey home1. You won’t be charged for any additional costs that stretches your budget. Building your dream home can be an exhausting and stressful process if you are not aware of what is included in the price. If you don’t go with a builder that offers a turnkey price, you could be up for additional costs that could stretch budget by thousands.
2. Turnkey pricing includes site-work costs for a new home build. This includes soil testing and excavation costs and all necessary earthworks for a new house and land package, like connections to power, water, sewerage, gas and NBN. These are some costs that a builder will not necessary provide to you in their initial quotation.
3. We will pass you the keys to your fully operational home once the building process is complete. For more information about what’s included in our new house and land packages, see our inclusions list below or contact us today!
